Project No.9 is creating The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten (Otonari no Tenshi-sama ni Itsunomanika Dame Ningen ni Sareteita Ken) TV anime. It’s a romantic comedy, with slice of life elements, revolving around two teens getting romantically involved. While this adaptation won’t be finished for Valentine’s Day, it’ll likely premiere around summer time later this year. So make sure to watch the first trailer below!
Kenichi Imaizumi is directing the anime based on Keiichirou Oochi‘s series composition, with music by Moe Hyuuga. Project No.9 is responsible for creating the anime. Thus, it’s safe to say the show’s in good hands.
Manaka Iwami is the voice of the lead character, Mahiru Shiina. Taito Ban is Amane Fujimiya, who’ll be working closely with Manaka Iwami. But let’s not forget about Chitose Shirakawa and Itsuki Akazawa, who are voiced by Haruka Shiraishi and Taku Yashiro, respectively.

The upcoming anime is based on Saeki-san‘s light novel series with the same name. But what about the artists? Both Hanekoto and Hazano Kazutake are listed as illustrators of the light novel series. It began serialization on June 14, 2019. It’s an ongoing series, meaning it’s not too late to jump straight into the fandom!
Wan Shibata is responsible for the art in the alternative manga version of Saeki-san’s story. It just premiered 10 days ago on January 6, 2022.
