She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man (Kendeshi) got a new trailer, showing off Studio A-CAT‘s animation. In this sub 2-minute trailer, several side-characters are introduced, alongside their voice actors. But that’s not all, as the trailer is the most revealing, giving an excellent look into the storyline and action scenes. The Kendeshi TV anime will premiere in January, 2022.
The great Keitarou Motonaga (Date A Live, Jormungand, Digimon Adventure tri movies) is directing Kendeshi at Studio A-CAT. He’s working alongside Takamitsu Kouno (series composition) and Yasunori Ebina (sound director). Yoshiaki Kimura is editing the anime, with Gou Sakabe composing the music. But artist Asaka will perform the opening, and Erabareshi will create the ending theme song.
The anime is based on Hirotsugu Ryuusen and Choko Fuji‘s manga, officially titled Kenja no Deshi wo Nanoru Kenja. It began serialization on June 30, 2014.
