It’s about time, isn’t it? Tatsuya Endou‘s manga series titled Spy x Family is finally getting an anime adaptation! But do you know what’s the best bit of information? It’s created by Wit Studio and CloverWorks, with TOHO Animation as the producer of the show. Thus, it’s safe to say that Spy x Family will be a must-watch comedy anime, with the debut trailer available below!
Tatsuya Endou’s ongoing manga series began serialization on March 25, 2019. It’s ranked at #80 and #32 in popularity, with a score of 8.59 on MyAnimeList. Earlier this year, on July 2nd, a spin-off manga debuted, titled Spy x Family: Kazoku no Shouzou. However, this time around Tatsuya Endou is working on the art, while Aya Yajima is writing the story.
Spy x Family has over 12 million manga copies in circulation. Thus, it’s one of the most popular manga in the world.

Plot: “Twilight” is assigned possibly his hardest mission yet, Operation Strix. As part of this mission he needs to marry and have a child in order to get close to his target Donovan Desmond. He ends up adopting Anya, a telepath, and marrying Yor, an assassin, however, all of them are hiding their identities from one another.
To complete his mission, “Twilight” needs to get Anya enrolled in the prestigious Eden Academy so that she can get close to his target’s son, Damian Desmond. To do that, Anya will need to become an Imperial Scholar by earning 8 Stella Stars, but the real challenge for “Twilight” though is making sure she doesn’t get 8 Tonitrus Bolts and get expelled!
