New 2-minute trailer for Police In A Pod (Hakozume: Kouban Joshi no Gyakushuu) shows off the jaw-dropping voice actors, while showcasing Madhouse‘s crisp animation. The Police In A Pod TV anime will premiere in January, 2022.
The Police In A Pod TV anime was announced with a short teaser on August 1, 2021.
The TV anime is based on Miko Yasu‘s manga series of the same name, published in Japan by Kodansha in the Morning magazine. It began serialization in 2017, and it’s still ongoing. A total of 18 volumes have been released so far. Thus, there’s plenty of material to sink your teeth into if you’re interested in Miko Yasu’s cop-comedy!
Yuuzou Satou is directing the Police In A Pod TV anime at studio Madhouse, alongside assistant director Tooru Ishida. Ryuunosuke Kingetsu is handling the series composition. But that’s not all! Nobuaki Nobusawa is composing the music and Kisuke Koizumi is working as the sound director, with Naoto Yamatani responsible for the sound effects.
