Following the first teaser released in April, I’ve been looking forward to a better look at Free! – The Final Stroke. Finally we’ve got another teaser, that gives a glimpse into the competition, the struggle, and the emotional impact. It’s a story that’ll have its ups and downs, and I can’t wait! Whether the films will be good or bad is hard to tell, but The Final Stroke teaser makes me long for even more. It’s time to delve into the story of Haruka Nanase once again, and get ready to swim through yet another Free! anime. So, enjoy the teaser trailer below!

The 2nd Free! – The Final Stroke – Teaser’s Here!
Plot: “In Free! Dive to the Future, Haruka attends Hidaka University and reconnects with his friends from junior high school, with the exception of Ikuya Kirishima, who is still bitter about their former team breaking up without explanation. In order to make amends with Ikuya, Haruka begins training in other strokes besides freestyle and eventually competes in an Individual Medley alongside him. Although they mend their friendship, Haruka is faced with the reality that he will be competing against swimmers at his level and higher. Despite this, he commits to continuing his swimming career and to competing on the global level.”

Keep in mind, Free! The Final Stroke films is the continuation of the last season of the Free! TV serier, Dive to the Future. Thus, I included the plot for that season, as the official synopsis has yet not been released. However, the official website reveals that the story will revolve around Haruka Nanase, and his journey of becoming a man. In addition, he struggles with the question “why keep swimming?” In turn, it’ll be an emotional rollercoaster, as expected.
