Who could’ve imagined that we’d be getting another Anohana anime? I couldn’t, but seeing the announcement almost brought me to tears. How come? The original TV series touched me more than I could have imagined, actually making me feel something. While that may seem unimportant, it’s a show that I’ll always carry with me, considering the way it affected me as a person. Nevertheless, we’re here to talk about the new Anohana project, so let me fill you in on the 10 year anniversary announcement!

Anohana Event Date: August 28, 2021.
The official website for the new Anohana project has been launched, showcasing the poster and revealing an event on August 28, 2021.
The Illustration, by by Masayoshi Tanaka, shows our beloved characters all grown up! Therefore, it’s safe to assume that the anime is set 10 years after the events of the anime.
The plot is unknown, but we’re likely going to see how Jintan and the others are holding up. Considering the emotional story and relatable characters, it’s undoubtedly going to be another tear-jerker. Get some tissues, we’re going to need them!
The August event will likely reveal more info on the upcoming anime, that’s likely going to premiere in early 2022.
