I’m Quitting Heroing: Next Gig Is at the Demon Queen’s Castle (Yuusha, Yamemasu) is getting a TV anime by EMT Squared, with the first trailer released. It reveals the voice actors, the crew and the anime’s April premiere in 2022.

Where did this announcement come from? It was quite sudden, wasn’t it? So, it’s based on Quantum and Hana Amano‘s novel series of the same name. It inspired a manga series that began serialization in 2018, with Quantum as the writer and Nori Kazato as the illustrator. Thus, EMT Squared is creating this anime by adapting Quantum’s original work. So if that makes you interested in this anime project, I suggest checking out the trailer below!
Yuu Nobuta (chief director) is working alongside Hisashi Ishii (director) to bring this adaptation to life at EMT Squared. But that’s not all, as we know that Shigeru Murakoshi is the writer, with Yuki Nakano responsible for the character designs.
