Right Stuf and Nozomi Entertainment have announced that a Gundam SEED Destiny Collector’s Ultra Edition is going to be released later this year. It’s a Right Stuf exclusive, containing the 50 episodes of the HD Remaster, as well as the original SD version of the TV show. In addition, it’ll also include Episode 51, the 4 compilation films, and all 3 episodes of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E. 73: Stargazer OVA! The bundle comes with a 120-page art book, and an exclusive Right Stuf interview with creator and director Mitsuo Fukuda. This Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny Blu-ray bundle (seen below) will be released on RightStuf’s web-shop on November 9, 2021!

The Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny HD Remaster, aired in 2013, isn’t just a visual upgrade. While it improves the animation and provides high resolution, the HD Remaster changes many part of the storyline. Thus, the HD version of Gundam SEED Destiny is a bit different from the SD version. While it’s nothing new, it’s important to note, especially if you’re new to how Sunrise handles these SEED HD Remasters. However, there’s no need to worry.
