Drifting Home Trailer Shows Highs & Lows of a Lost World

Studio Colorido's new fantasy film, Drifting Home, looks both heartwrenching and heartwarming in the first trailer. The movie will arrive in 2022.

Drifting Home (Ame wo Tsugeru Hyouryuu Danchi) is another one of Studio Colorido‘s movies, with an 80-second trailer showing you why it’s a must-watch. While it’s a matter of perspective, Studio Colorido is known for heartwarming slice-of-life dramas. I’m referring to movies such as A Whisker Away and Penguin Highway. Therefire, I highly recommend watching the trailer for Drifting Home (below) and keeping an eye out for this anime movie!

Hiroyasu Ishida is the director, who co-wrote the screenplay with Hayashi Mori and Minaka Sakamoto. Twin Engine is producing, with Studio Colorido creating. Drifting Home will arrive on Netflix at an unknown date, in 2022.
