Drifting Home (Ame wo Tsugeru Hyouryuu Danchi) is another one of Studio Colorido‘s movies, with an 80-second trailer showing you why it’s a must-watch. While it’s a matter of perspective, Studio Colorido is known for heartwarming slice-of-life dramas. I’m referring to movies such as A Whisker Away and Penguin Highway. Therefire, I highly recommend watching the trailer for Drifting Home (below) and keeping an eye out for this anime movie!
Hiroyasu Ishida is the director, who co-wrote the screenplay with Hayashi Mori and Minaka Sakamoto. Twin Engine is producing, with Studio Colorido creating. Drifting Home will arrive on Netflix at an unknown date, in 2022.
