She’s the voice of our beloved Motoko Kusanagi, and in this video she discusses the character and the upcoming film. Atsuko Tanaka has voiced Motoko Kusanagi in over 6 different projects, with Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex being one of them. The TV series spawned a 2nd season, TV specials and movies. But that’s hardly surprising considering that it’s an absolutely fantastic TV show.
But that’s not all. Considering that Atsuko Tanaka has been around a while, it’s obvious that she has voiced many other well-known characters. So, not only is she the voice of Motoko Kusanagi, but she’s the voice of Lisa Lisa from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
